another one bites the dust. i was going to take parts from this sucker and use them on hugo but plans change so it is time it went. i re-taped the bars, stuck two new tires and cleaned the shitter out of it. now hes on ebay and within 15mins of him going up someone had put the first bid in so he is going to leave the nest. i hope i can at least recover costs. i am doubtful but. he will have to go

so the XT front derailluer arrived but i just couldn't really put it on successfully. its hard to work under the stairs at home with no stand and seriously bad lighting. i did install it but have dropped him off at blackmans to have it adjusted properly.speaking of blackmans i had a chat to them and it is looking like it may be the go to redesign their site and a contra for a bike is the plan.
